Leo is an ordinary 20-year-old boy. He doesn't really know what he wants to do with his life yet and he honestly doesn't care. He has fun, he hangs out, he's bored. Suddenly he is diagnosed with testicular cancer. He's scared and confused. In addition to his health, this disease is an attack on his manhood. But during a lavish breakfast at a diner on the surface of the moon, Leo's left testicle explains that life goes on. After waking up from his bizarre and hilariously surreal fantasy, he's joined by a nurse who tells Leo that testicles aren't really as important as men think and that it's perfectly fine to have just one. With the help of his wise counselors, closest friends, and dark humor, Leo eventually handles the situation with grace and realizes that it "takes balls" to have just one ball.
