The doorbell rings. Someone’s at the door. But something in here stinks. Everything stinks. This painterly Finnish animation captures the description of a struggle. A house chore struggle. Cover the dishes, make breakfast, hide the baby, shave a potato, brush the floor as well as your teeth, beat the curtains and put on lipstick. In the end, the hurriedly cleaned apartment and the frantically put-together woman raise the question of whether it was all worth it.
