Danny comes across as the world's biggest loser. He's clumsy, distracted and has no money at all. Instead, he has a van full of junk, a dead pigeon and an overprotective mother. His desperate attempt to rob a bank is foiled by the arrival of his doctor with disturbing news. As Danny runs from his past, present and future, more unwelcome guests emerge and we gradually realise that something is amiss. This bravura comedy drama full of confusion and emotion, starring Ben Wishaw, was also nominated for an Academy Award for Best Short Film.
